A Dialpad Case Study
Hopeworks is a nonprofit that helps underserved youth access education, technology, and entrepreneurship opportunities, and it needed a reliable way to stay in touch with students who may not have consistent access to computers or email. To better support these young people by phone and text, Hopeworks turned to Dialpad’s communications platform.
With Dialpad, Hopeworks made mentors accessible to students from anywhere and on any device, improving day-to-day communication for check-ins and event updates like job fairs. The result was stronger connection with students, helping the organization stay responsive and reachable when accessibility mattered most.
