Despite growth across multiple offices, its communications ran on a landline-based, on‑prem phone system that forced IT to manage desk phones, monitor downtime, and address vulnerabilities around the clock—hindering flexibility and the company’s move to cloud solutions.
Code42 migrated to Dialpad as part of an Anywhere Worker IT Stack, replacing desk phones with cloud voice, video, and messaging and integrating call data with Salesforce and G Suite. The change gave employees consistent workflows on any device, improved sales and service interactions through better call tracking and collaboration, and reduced IT’s telephony burden while enabling remote work across global offices.
