BNamericas, a market and business intelligence platform serving eight industries across Latin America, needed a better way to keep more than 150 employees and 700 clients connected. After an acquisition and with teams spread across multiple countries, the company needed a fully integrated communications platform that would work well in Latin America, connect with Salesforce and other sales tools, and provide better visibility into call activity. Dialpad was evaluated through a pilot to confirm call quality and fit.
Dialpad implemented a multilingual VoIP solution with local numbers for the US, Mexico, Brazil, and Chile, plus integrations with Salesforce, Outreach, and Clari. The result was faster onboarding, easier admin work, automatic task creation in Salesforce, and improved pickup rates by letting reps appear local to the countries they were calling. BNamericas also gained clearer KPI tracking for calls, including duration and talk time, helping the team measure productivity more effectively.
