Development Dimensions International implemented a multi-step solution that included realistic job preview videos, career batteries, hands-on simulations, web-based behavioral assessments, and behavioral interviews. The approach helped Volkswagen Chattanooga evaluate more than 85,000 applicants, test over 13,000 candidates, and extend 2,000 offers, while keeping the process fair and engaging for applicants and meeting staffing goals with high-quality workers.
