A Development Dimensions International Case Study

Preview of the Philips Case Study

Philips - Customer Case Study

Philips, one of the world’s largest electronics companies, needed to replace a fragmented, local approach to training with a more efficient global model that supported its “One Philips” vision. The company wanted consistent leadership development across its 120,000 employees and a smaller set of vendors to reduce complexity and improve standardization.

Development Dimensions International (DDI) partnered with Philips to deliver a global core leadership curriculum, customizing materials, translating them into six languages, and deploying trainers across regions. With DDI’s support, Philips rolled out the program to more than 11,000 leaders in 35 countries, earned average participant ratings of 4 out of 5, achieved greater cost efficiency, and strengthened recruiting by making leadership development a visible talent advantage.
