BSH, a leading global household appliances manufacturer, needed a more strategic and effective way to develop senior leaders as the company expanded internationally. Working with Development Dimensions International, BSH sought to revamp its leadership pipeline through a more comprehensive executive development program built around clearer talent assessment, stronger business alignment, and ongoing development for high-potential managers.
Development Dimensions International designed an Executive Development Review and Senior Executive Program that used business-driver-based assessments, simulations, interviews, coaching, mentoring, and board-level feedback to create individualized development plans. The results were strong: 55% of participants were promoted in the first three years, nearly 70% of the first cohort has been promoted to date, and BSH’s talent development is now more closely aligned with its global business goals.
