NOMS Healthcare, a collaborative healthcare company based in Sandusky, Ohio, needed a new help desk after its free version of Spiceworks failed to meet expectations. The organization uses Deskpro to provide IT and technical support to employees at the medical practices it supports.
Deskpro is used by NOMS Healthcare’s IT team for ticketing, voice, and live chat, with voice calling adopted about six months ago and used heavily. The Help Center and knowledge base made setup easier, and Brandon Skinner said the support team is helpful and good at getting issues resolved. The team is also planning to move to Deskpro Horizon for the upgraded interface.
