How Tain migrated from Kayako to Deskpro in search of a better on-premise helpdesk

Tain, a gambling company based in Sliema, Malta, needed an on-premise help desk that could support a growing, multi-location team after it became disillusioned with Kayako’s removal of on-premise support.
