Car Target, one of the world’s biggest online car rental companies, needed a helpdesk that could support customer service across more than 10,000 locations in 130 countries and 14 languages. Before Deskpro, its support system was slow, lacked functionality, and was not suited to the team’s needs.
Car Target trialled Deskpro and adopted it for customer and internal support because of its customizability, multilingual and multibrand features, and straightforward pricing. With Deskpro, the team created departments for Customer Service, Claims, Accounts, and IT, used custom ticket fields and CRM settings to hide irrelevant information from customers, and relied on live chat and reporting to handle queries and track refunds.
