Les Scouts, the largest Scout association in the French- and German-speaking parts of Belgium, needed a better way to manage communication with its members and volunteers. Its team had been relying on a shared email address, but found it increasingly difficult to keep conversations organized and maintain a smooth flow of communication.
Deskpro provided an on-premise help desk solution that connected to Les Scouts’ website contact form and turned incoming inquiries into tickets. The team also used triggers, APIs, dashboards, and customized reports to automate manual tasks, reduce human error, and improve response quality. Les Scouts said Deskpro’s technical support was very responsive, and it plans to expand use of features such as voice.
