Aurora Mental Health & Recovery, a large not-for-profit community mental health organization in Aurora, Colorado, needed a more affordable help desk after outgrowing a free version of Spiceworks. The team wanted a way to centralize requests, improve visibility into work, and support better internal communication as the organization grew.

Aurora Mental Health & Recovery implemented Deskpro to manage staff requests, organize projects, and support teams across the business, including facilities and IT. With Deskpro, the team used ticket filters, custom fields and forms, and parent-child tickets to track large projects such as its rebrand and an Active Directory to Cloud migration, while giving directors visibility into workloads and helping staff submit complete requests through the Help Center.
