K&H Manufacturing Automating Fulfillment Growth with Descartes OzLink for Acumatica

K&H Manufacturing, the largest dedicated producer of heated pet products in the U.S., needed a better way to manage growing order volumes and increasingly complex fulfillment requirements. After moving to Acumatica ERP, the company looked for a more robust integration than its legacy shipping setup, which required significant customization and manual effort to capture tracking numbers, close orders, and invoice shipments. Descartes OzLink for Acumatica was selected to help modernize and automate the process.

Descartes implemented OzLink to connect Acumatica with warehouse shipping stations, automatically generate labels and documentation, capture tracking data, and send shipment and invoicing information back to Acumatica and EDI partners. As a result, K&H eliminated manual and duplicate data entry, removed the need for extra temporary staff and after-hours paperwork, and achieved almost 100% order accuracy. The company also improved fulfillment speed and productivity, handling 70-100 orders per day on average and scaling to 200-500 on weekdays and 600-800 on weekends during peak season.
