Descartes MacroPoint, integrated with BlueGrace’s MercuryGate TMS, gave BlueGrace and its carrier network real-time shipment location and status updates across its expedited loads. The solution helped BlueGrace eliminate most manual check calls, support 95% carrier adoption, and keep service levels strong, with only 3 late loads out of 3,800 in 2017 while handling about 4,000 expedited shipments annually.
