StorTech, a South African data center and managed services provider, needed a better way to manage the thousands of alerts generated by its monitoring tools while meeting strict SLA targets. Working with Derdack, it selected Enterprise Alert® as a universal alerting and notification system to integrate with platforms including Microsoft SCOM, IBM Tivoli Netcool, EMC DPA, and Oracle Enterprise Manager.

Derdack implemented Enterprise Alert® at the center of StorTech’s technical infrastructure to filter and prioritize incidents, send notifications via SMS and other channels, track delivery, and escalate unresolved issues automatically.
