Netreo, a provider of hybrid IT infrastructure monitoring, needed to ensure its critical alerts were reliably received and acted upon by on-duty IT staff. Derdack implemented a REST API integration between Netreo and Enterprise Alert, forwarding incidents for mobile notification. The solution provided Netreo's customers with persistent notifications, escalation chains to prevent unattended alerts, and ad-hoc collaboration tools. This ensured that critical alerts were acknowledged and resolved directly from smartphones, significantly improving incident response.
