Imtech ICT, a Netherlands-based data center/IT services provider, needed a more reliable way to meet SLAs, respond to alerts outside NOC hours, and communicate effectively with engineers. Derdack’s Enterprise Alert® was selected to improve how critical incidents were handled and to give the NOC greater control over alert management.

Derdack implemented Enterprise Alert® as a centralized notification hub connected to Imtech’s monitoring systems, filtering and prioritizing alerts, sending SMS notifications to on-call engineers, tracking delivery and acknowledgements, and automatically escalating unresolved incidents. The result was faster response times, no missed incidents since go-live, improved SLA compliance, and lower total cost of ownership through easier administration and scalable alert management.
