Frost Bank, a Texas-chartered bank based in San Antonio, needed a secure way to centralize alert management across multiple monitoring tools and track notifications and responses. Working with Derdack, the bank sought an on-premise solution to protect sensitive infrastructure details while improving visibility into critical alerts and on-call coverage.
Derdack implemented Enterprise Alert as Frost Bank’s central alert notification and on-call scheduling platform. The solution now synchronizes with Active Directory, supports single sign-on, and manages on-call schedules for about 15 operations teams, enabling targeted alerts, real-time monitoring, and faster follow-up on missed responses. As a result, Frost Bank reports much faster, almost real-time incident response and improved handling of critical security issues.
