Derdack implemented a solution where Datadog alerts are forwarded via webhook to Enterprise Alert. This integration allows alerts to be delivered via push, SMS, and voice, and includes features like on-call scheduling, alert escalation in case of no response, and the ability for staff to acknowledge and collaboratively address incidents. As a result, Derdack ensured that critical alarms are persistently delivered and managed from anywhere, directly on mobile devices.
