Atatus enables mobile alerting anywhere with Derdack

Atatus, a provider of server and host monitoring solutions, needed a reliable way to ensure its critical alerts reached the right on-call staff members for immediate resolution. To complete this last mile of notification, they turned to vendor Derdack and implemented its Enterprise Alert product for mobile alerting with tracking and escalation.

Derdack's solution integrated with Atatus via a REST API Webhook, forwarding JSON-formatted alerts into the Enterprise Alert system. This enabled targeted mobile notifications via push, SMS, email, and voice, ensuring alerts were escalated if unanswered and that the right people were alerted based on on-call schedules. The implementation put critical Atatus alerts directly into the palms of team members, allowing them to instantly manage and acknowledge incidents from anywhere via the Enterprise Alert mobile app.
