Arab Bank Jordan, part of the Arab Bank Group, needed a better way to manage notifications across its 24x7 banking operations and critical infrastructure, including ATMs, phone banking, and internet banking. Existing monitoring tools only sent email alerts, which were too passive for urgent issues and made enterprise-wide rollout across multiple countries difficult. Derdack implemented Enterprise Alert® to convert monitoring emails into SMS notifications routed to the right administrators, enabling faster and more reliable response to faults. The solution was rolled out across six countries and now handles roughly 50 to 300 alerts per day, helping Arab Bank Jordan reduce time to response and resolution, improve service uptime, and minimize the risk of business interruption.
