The solution implemented by Derdack involved integrating Enterprise Alert via a REST API with AppDynamics. This enabled incoming event alerts to be forwarded as mobile push notifications, SMS, and voice calls to on-call personnel, featuring acknowledgement, ownership tracking, and automatic escalation. The result was that AppDynamics analytics and alerts could be managed from anywhere, ensuring critical events were promptly addressed by the right staff through mobile collaboration.
