Case Study: KERB achieves streamlined trader scheduling and revenue growth with Deputy

A Deputy Case Study

Preview of the KERB Case Study

Kerb uses Deputy to streamline business operations

KERB is a London-based organised street food market and events business founded by Petra Barran that helps independent traders grow and serves lunch markets, public events and private catering. With a team of around 20 and more than 90 traders across five markets, scheduling and communicating rota changes using napkins and complicated spreadsheets became time-consuming, unscalable and error-prone.

In January 2018 KERB implemented Deputy for rostering and app integrations, using it to plan trader placements, streamline sign-ups via Airtable and Zapier, and communicate changes instantly. The platform saved significant scheduling time, freed the team to focus on expansion and trader development, and helped drive higher revenue with fewer operational headaches.
