Deputy implemented a cloud-based scheduling platform for CitizenM, with automated templates, shift swaps, and integrated compliance and optimization workflows. The result was a drop in scheduling time from four hours to 16 minutes, happier employees, better productivity and guest satisfaction, an employee recommendation score of 80%, and zero holiday liability, including the elimination of a £7,000 carryover in 2019.
