Aspen Hill Village is a large Leeds care home specialising in nursing and dementia care, part of the Armighorn Capital group, with around 242 staff caring for up to 180 residents. The home relied on paper-based timesheets and manually created rotas, which led to frequent errors, time-consuming admin for line managers and payroll staff, and about 39 monthly payroll queries.

Rolling out Deputy replaced paper processes with tablet clock-ins, automated scheduling and payroll integration, including automated overtime calculations and customised manager access. The changes cut errors and admin time, reduced payroll queries to one or two a month, and deliver estimated monthly savings of £2,000–£5,000 from improved timesheet accuracy.
