The solution expanded to include multi-channel efforts with lead scoring, direct mail via PFL, and telemarketing follow-ups. As a result of working with DemandGen, Rivermark achieved a significant and cumulative increase in its average services per member, growing its cross-sell ratio from 2.57 to over 2.86 and successfully improving member engagement.
