Brocade, a leading provider of networking solutions used in over 90% of Global 1000 data centers, needed to better engage named accounts and optimize Brocade.com to drive demand and revenue. Brocade deployed Demandbase integrated with Aprimo, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target and Salesforce, ran a healthcare pilot, shortened lead forms, and personalized homepage hero and spotlight banners. The results: homepage hero click‑throughs rose 144% (spotlight banner 122%), bounce rate fell 53%, video views +36%, page views +46%, file downloads +86% and time on site +26%, validating the ABM approach for wider rollout.
