Ramkhamhaeng Hospital needed a highly secure, scalable cloud platform to embrace virtual care, protect patient information, optimize hospital services and expand telehealth across its network. To meet this challenge, Ramkhamhaeng Hospital partnered with Dell Technologies to design a flexible hybrid cloud solution using Dell EMC VxRail HCI, Dell EMC PowerScale, VMware Workspace ONE and Dell client devices.

Dell Technologies deployed and continues to support the hybrid cloud, enabling fast, secure access to patient data across seven sister hospitals and 40 facilities. The solution improved patient-service efficiency by 43%, increased daily treatments from 1,600 to 2,000, delivered nearly 100% uptime, cut data loss by 60%, enabled wearable device remote monitoring for clinicians and supported population-health analytics.
