Ramkhamhaeng Hospital, a leading hospital group in Thailand, needed to give clinicians mobile access to patient data and rapidly scale telehealth during the COVID‑19 surge. They engaged Dell Technologies to modernize their data center and deploy a digital health platform, using Dell Technologies Unified Workspace (with PowerEdge servers, VMware and ProSupport Plus) to support remote and mobile clinical workflows.

Dell Technologies implemented the digital health platform and infrastructure upgrades, enabling 2,000 clinicians to securely access patient data remotely, supporting telehealth video consultations, and providing automated edge‑to‑core/cloud replication and failover. As a result, Dell Technologies helped reduce average patient journey time from 3½ hours to 2 hours, increase daily patients treated from 1,600 to 2,000, achieve nearly 100% uptime and cut data loss by 60%.
