New Belgium Brewing equips employees for continuous productivity anywhere with Dell Latitude laptops and contributes to mobile innovation by collaborating with Dell Technologies

New Belgium Brewing, the fourth-largest craft brewery in the U.S., needed powerful, flexible laptops and a collaborative technology partner to equip outside sales reps (“beer rangers”) and other staff for mobile work. Working with Dell Technologies, the brewery standardized on Dell Latitude 7400 and later Latitude 9410 2‑in‑1 laptops and deployed Dell Technologies ProSupport Plus and SecureWorks RedCloak for support and security.

Dell Technologies delivered customer-driven devices (aluminum finish, small bezels, touchscreens and multiple ports) that improved sales‑site flexibility and proved pandemic-ready for remote work. The solution became the preferred mobile computer for about 200 team members, increased field productivity and peripheral connectivity, and combined proactive ProSupport Plus with SecureWorks RedCloak to speed issue resolution and isolate security threats, strengthening continuity and operational resilience.
