Major Health Partners (MHP), a leading rural healthcare provider in Indiana, had invested in Microsoft Office 365 but was only using Exchange Online and struggled with low adoption and a 16‑year‑old intranet ahead of a major EHR migration. To revive their Office 365 investment and improve collaboration, MHP engaged Dell Technologies Consulting Services to reimplement key Office 365 capabilities (OneDrive for Business, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online) and address governance, security and training gaps.

Dell Technologies ran workshops, created Adoption & Change Management plans, established governance and security controls (including DLP and external‑sharing restrictions), rebuilt a modern SharePoint Online intranet with 15 departmental sites, rolled out OneDrive, and piloted Teams across five departments. The engagement increased end‑user adoption and productivity, simplified communication and collaboration across locations, aligned Office 365 security with hospital objectives, and empowered MHP to manage and extend the platform with reduced dependence on IT.
