Dell Technologies delivered interactive 55" and 86" 4K touch displays paired with OptiPlex Micro PCs (plus Logitech/Poly peripherals) and centralized management via Workspace ONE; the solution has been deployed in more than 800 of VMware’s 1,500+ rooms. The rollout eliminated the 5–10 minute AV delay, increased meeting‑room usage by 15%, cut IT hardware costs by 40–50%, and reduced installation time from weeks to a couple of days.
