GOAL, an Ireland-based international NGO with 2,400 staff operating in 14 countries, depends on IT to collaborate, collect data, manage logistics, and report to donors. Facing uneven network connectivity, the need to standardize infrastructure, and a desire to better understand frontline user experience—especially after rapid pandemic-driven growth—GOAL engaged Dell Technologies through ProConsult Advisory and Employee Experience Measurement Services to help set strategy and priorities.
Dell Technologies ran a focused ProConsult Advisory engagement and EXM program (using Voxxify), validating GOAL’s move to cloud and designing a tiered hybrid architecture (Azure + on‑prem) while supporting Cisco Meraki deployments and improved change management and training. The EXM survey achieved a 43% response (4,996 comments), produced AI-driven dashboards, and guided targeted fixes in conferencing, content management, collaboration and eLearning, delivering 10+ point gains in priority areas and nearly a 30% improvement in global IT experience scores—results Dell Technologies helped scale across 14 countries.
