Dell Technologies modernised Gerolsteiner’s processing, storage and networking to support the edge app and SAP HANA/SAP S/4HANA, delivering a stable, high‑performance platform certified for S/4HANA and real‑time analytics. As a result, system restore times fell from one day to 30 minutes, data retrieval rates increased by a factor of 1,000, and Gerolsteiner can now use real‑time edge data for forecasting and business intelligence to optimize production and sustainability.
