PureHealth, the largest healthcare group in the Middle East based in the UAE, partnered with Dell Technologies to address the critical need to secure patient data, intellectual property and AI models so it could pursue AI-powered healthcare innovation. The engagement leveraged Dell Professional Services and Dell PowerEdge servers as part of a broader security and infrastructure program to protect sensitive data and enable safe AI deployment.

Dell Technologies worked with PureHealth to design and implement a resilient security strategy and, in under eight months, build a Dell Powered Security Operations Center jointly managed by PureHealth and Dell. The SOC processes more than 100,000 security events per second and responds to up to 500 incidents per day, safeguarding patient data, IP and AI models, enabling GenAI apps like the Pura health app, accelerating AI-driven diagnostics and streamlining administrative workflows.
