Case Study: Digital Harmonic achieves real-time AI-driven image and video enhancement with Dell Technologies

A Dell Technologies Case Study

Preview of the Digital Harmonic Case Study

Dell Technologies partner delivers breakthrough innovations in image processing

Digital Harmonic, a developer of breakthrough image‑processing software such as PurePixel® and Keyframe, needed accelerator‑optimized servers, storage, edge devices and workstations to run real‑time enhancement and analytics on still images and full‑motion video. To scale into federal, healthcare and commercial markets the company partnered with Dell Technologies for high‑performance infrastructure, including Dell Precision 7000 series workstations, Dell EMC PowerEdge C4140 and R740 servers, Intel® Xeon® CPUs and Dell Technologies OEM | Embedded & Edge Solutions.

Dell Technologies delivered a turnkey hardware platform that lets PurePixel and Keyframe run with low latency and GPU acceleration, enabling next‑generation image processing for defense, public safety and healthcare. The solution produced measurable benefits: Keyframe cuts streaming bandwidth 20–80%, PurePixel can process 1080p video in under ~30 ms/frame and improves downstream ML classification, and the deployment is helping agencies protect citizens, reduce medical imaging dose and unlock new commercial use cases — all delivered via Dell Technologies’ servers, workstations and edge solutions.
