Accelerating GenAI adoption and productivity with an AI factory

Samsung SDS, an enterprise cloud service provider, sought to advance its “AI Life” vision by delivering reliable GenAI services to automate multistep business processes and language tasks. To run accurate GenAI at scale it needed high-performance compute, GPUs, networking and scalable storage, so Samsung SDS partnered with Dell Technologies and adopted the Dell AI Factory with NVIDIA—using PowerEdge XE9680 servers with NVIDIA H100 GPUs and Dell PowerScale storage.

Dell Technologies implemented a turnkey Dell AI Factory solution combining PowerEdge XE-series servers, NVIDIA GPUs and InfiniBand networking with Dell PowerScale, enabling retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) and rapid model training and deployment. The result: GenAI model accuracy rose from 80% to 98%, support for 200+ use cases, up to 70% productivity gains, 75% less time writing meeting minutes and 66% less time creating email summaries, powering services like Brity Copilot and FabriX.
