Case Study: team.blue achieves greater agility, visibility and scale with Dell Technologies' Enterprise SONiC distribution

A Dell Technologies Case Study

Preview of the Team.blue Case Study

A network with greater agility, visibility and scale

team.blue, a rapidly growing European managed service provider hosting more than two million customers, needed to move away from a proprietary, inflexible network to an open, production‑hardened solution that offered greater control, telemetry and no vendor lock‑in. They chose to work with Dell Technologies and adopt Enterprise SONiC Distribution by Dell Technologies, supported on Dell EMC PowerSwitch Z9264F‑ON and S5200‑ON Series switches with Red Hat Ansible–based network automation.

Dell Technologies provided an enterprise SONiC distribution, validated hardware, automation and hands‑on support, enabling a roughly one‑month implementation with an initial one‑week migration and a 10‑rack deployment moved straight into production. The solution delivered an automated, intent‑based, secure containerized network with much better telemetry and visibility, lower total cost of ownership and scalable architecture (plans to expand to over 100 racks across five data centers), giving team.blue faster rollouts and increased operational confidence.
