Retail bank delivers innovative customer service with RSA SecurID ®

OTP Bank needed to offer integrated online and phone banking that was both highly secure and simple enough for nontechnical customers, while reducing account-administration costs. To solve this, the bank partnered with Dell EMC and deployed RSA SecurID two‑factor authentication hardware tokens to provide one‑time‑password, platform‑independent access for customers.

Dell EMC implemented RSA SecurID across OTP Bank’s OTPdirekt service, enabling single sign‑on and customer self‑service authentication; within two years more than 50,000 new customers had adopted the secure offering. The deployment delivered anywhere/anytime access, strengthened account protection, and cut the bank’s administrative burden while supporting customer growth.
