Rapid expansion and a highly individualized blended‑learning model generated large, complex data sets and left teachers with more decisions and data than they could easily use; IDEA engaged Dell EMC to put big data and predictive analytics into teachers’ hands using services including a Big Data Vision Workshop, Proof of Value Lab for Analytics, Analytics Operationalization, and Program Management.

Dell EMC ran workshops and a Proof of Value Lab, built analytics models and a vendor‑neutral architecture, and integrated predictive/prescriptive models into a SharePoint/Logi visualization layer while managing multiple workstreams. The engagement produced on‑schedule, actionable dashboards (with near‑real‑time analytics) that give teachers timely insight for intervention grouping and individualized learning pathways, validated two Phase‑1 use cases, reduced teacher learning curves and workloads, and established a platform for ongoing advanced analytics — all delivered in partnership with Dell EMC.
