Proact, Europe’s leading independent storage integrator and managed cloud services provider (managing more than 10 PB of customer data and with over 3,500 customer projects delivered), needed to help customers across Europe adopt cloud solutions while reducing the risk, cost, and complexity of IT services. To strengthen its advisory capabilities Proact engaged Dell EMC’s Cloud Architect training—specifically the "Virtualized Data Center and Cloud Infrastructure Planning and Design" course—to broaden its planning and design expertise for private and hybrid cloud implementations.

Dell EMC’s training delivered vendor-agnostic guidance on architecture, governance, migration planning, and IaaS service models that Proact has put into practice in customer workshops and design engagements. As a result, Proact gained new ways to discuss cloud options with leadership and technical teams, has recommended the Dell EMC course to staff and customers, and is using the material to enhance its cloud advisory services across Europe.
