Dell EMC delivered an integrated mix of hardware, software and services (Secure Remote Services, MyService360, Live Chat/online support and onsite engineers) to enable proactive monitoring, faster root‑cause identification, remote firmware upgrades and expert assistance during critical rollouts. As a result, KPIT achieved proactive and prompt support, successful critical project implementations, sustained high availability (ESRS helped prevent major downtime and supported KPIT’s claim of 100% service availability to customers), improved operational efficiencies, reduced risk and better ROI.
