Dell EMC implemented RSA Archer (Policy Management and Incident Management modules via SmartStart), worked with the internal team to customize incident- and facilities-management applications, and trained staff. The solution is now used by about 3,000 employees, provides a single source of up-to-date policies and an integrated employee database, automates report generation, streamlines incident and facilities tracking across departments (supporting ISO 14001 reporting), and measurably reduced time spent on reporting and administration.
