FIS, the global payments and banking‑software provider serving more than 14,000 institutions in over 100 countries, needed to move beyond a limited open‑source log‑management tool to a proven enterprise solution. The company sought more granular, automated monitoring and reporting to improve incident detection, speed forensic investigations, and make compliance audits less time‑consuming. Dell EMC implemented RSA enVision across FIS APAC (India, Manila and the Philippines), completing an initial six‑week installation followed by tuning, professional services support, and training. The solution created a centralized monitoring point, automated audit reporting (significantly cutting the time spent on compliance evidence), and enabled faster detection, investigation and response; it also supported the establishment of a dedicated IT security‑operations center. As a result, FIS improved regulator and customer confidence and has won new, security‑sensitive business thanks to the Dell EMC deployment.
