The company’s legacy data center—with servers tied to specific applications and storage that couldn’t meet required cache and throughput—was unable to deliver the flexibility, scalability, and performance needed to meet growing SLAs, so VSoft partnered with Dell EMC to address the challenge using the VSPEX Proven Infrastructure.

Dell EMC implemented a VSPEX solution featuring EMC VNX unified storage with FAST Cache, Cisco UCS servers, VMware vSphere and Cisco networking, accelerating deployment and simplifying administration. The deployment consolidated dozens of physical servers, reduced required storage capacity, and delivered realtime performance gains (VNX/FAST Cache supporting up to ~30,000 IOPS), enabling VSoft to process over one million cheques per day without performance degradation, lower operating costs, improve utilization and availability, and meet projected workload needs for the next three to five years.
