Brazilian IT Outsourcing Company Reinforces Security Compliance with RSA

TIVIT, a Sao Paulo–based IT outsourcing and BPO provider, needed to reinforce internal data security, ensure compliance with regulations such as PCI DSS, and enable secure remote working for its staff. To address these challenges, TIVIT engaged Dell EMC to deploy RSA solutions — specifically RSA Data Loss Prevention (DLP) Network and RSA SecurID — to gain visibility into data flows and strengthen remote access controls.

Dell EMC’s team (via RSA) completed the rollout in three days, installing DLP across the network for ~3,000 users and distributing 1,300 SecurID hardware tokens, plus knowledge-transfer support from local professional services. The deployment gave TIVIT greater control and faster incident response, demonstrable PCI DSS compliance, reduced risk of unauthorized access, and enhanced its security credentials — enabling new client assurances and potential expansion of security services.
