WayUp, a recruitment technology marketplace that connects early‑career professionals with employers, needed a reliable way to measure and improve the candidate experience and surface actionable feedback. To track satisfaction over time and identify gaps, WayUp adopted Delighted’s NPS surveys delivered via email.
Delighted was integrated with WayUp’s email service provider (using a Blueshift cloud app) to trigger surveys after key actions (like job applications), apply tags for attribution, and provide reporting, real‑time alerts, and Concierge support. The Delighted program enabled daily review of feedback, company‑wide sharing of positive responses, and comparison of NPS between product user groups — insights that drove product decisions and helped WayUp maintain strong Delighted NPS scores and continuous improvements to the candidate experience.
