Case Study: Sendero achieves high employee learning adoption and a culture of continuous development with Degreed

A Degreed Case Study

Preview of the Sendero Case Study

Sendero takes Learning in Personalized Direction

Sendero, a Dallas-based management consulting firm of about 200 employees that grows roughly 30% annually, needed a more flexible, mobile learning solution to develop recent graduates and rapidly upskill consultants on complex client projects. Their existing LMS delivered low, uneven engagement and couldn’t support personalized, on-the-job learning, so Sendero selected Degreed (paired with Lynda.com) to provide a skill development platform that curates content across sources and supports mobile access.

Degreed worked with Sendero to build structured Pathways, host onboarding and role-specific content, and enable tracking of formal and informal learning; Sendero now runs monthly reports for leadership from Degreed’s analytics. Since launch, average monthly activity is 74–100% of users, external content consumption exceeded goals by 26%, employees completed more than 14,000 learning items and made over 400 colleague recommendations—along with a measurable shift toward a continuous learning culture enabled by Degreed.
