Case Study: Isentia achieves on-demand learning adoption and a culture of continuous development with Degreed

A Degreed Case Study

Preview of the Isentia Case Study

How Isentia Embraced Learning as a Competitive Advantage

Isentia, Asia Pacific’s leading media intelligence company, faced a growing L&D challenge: its 12-country, multi-functional workforce needed timely, role-specific learning but relied on generic classroom courses and scattered subscriptions (SalesDNA, Pluralsight, Lynda) that weren’t centrally accessible. To solve this, Isentia selected Degreed’s learning platform as a cost‑effective, centralized way to deliver on‑demand, tailored learning across time zones and functions.

Using Degreed, Isentia aggregated third‑party content, enabled crowdsourced Pathways, and gave employees tools to find, track and share all types of learning. The impact was immediate: in three months 36% of employees were active on Degreed, completing 1,800 learning items and 12 full Pathways — compared with just 28 classroom sessions reaching 17% of staff the prior quarter — while fostering a stronger, self‑directed learning culture.
