How Conduent is Building Leadership Skills in Everyone

Conduent, a global business services company of about 65,000 employees, needed to drive adoption and build expertise around a newly launched learning ecosystem. To scale access to role-based and leadership learning, Conduent partnered with Degreed and leveraged the Degreed platform to integrate content sources and deliver an accessible, digital learning experience.

Degreed helped Conduent launch the LEAD ambassador program and the LEAP initiative, using Pathways, Skill Reviews, Groups and integrations to connect learners and subject-matter experts. The programs completed five waves, certifying over 260 LEADers, and dozens of LEAP Pathways have been published and distributed to roughly 6,000 employees—creating a growing internal network of learning experts and measurable uptake across the organization.
