How Citi Fixed Their Fragmented Learning Experience

Citi, a global bank with over 200,000 employees and 200 million customer accounts, faced a fragmented and costly learning ecosystem with multiple content libraries, on-premise LMS issues, numerous admin touchpoints, and heavy data/security overhead. To simplify the user experience and consolidate systems, Citi engaged Degreed as its enterprise learning platform and primary interface for employees.

Degreed implemented a consolidated platform, governance structure, and analytics capability to bridge content libraries, improve admin controls, and promote mobile learning. In the eight weeks after launch Degreed drove unique content launches and sources from 900 to 1,400; more than 50,000 employees logged in since April 2018 with nearly 100,000 completions; and Citi reported faster rollouts, cost savings, and increased mobile adoption.
